Rawnola is perfect for if you're short on time. With only four ingredients it's super easy to make and you can add it to all kinds of dishes like oatmeal, banana ice cream or a smoothie bowl as I'm showing you here.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 5 dates, pitted
- grated coconut
- cacao powder
- almonds (or other nuts and fruits of your choice
Put all the ingredients in a food processor until they're mixed and you've got a sticky dough. Crumble them over your smoothie bowl or just eat them as a snack.
For the smoothie bowl just mix (frozen) fruit of your choice in a food processor. Optionally you can add a bit of plant based milk.
