Mug Cake

I love mug cake for breakfast. It’s easy, healthy and it feels like you’re having dessert for breakfast! Mug cakes are sugar free, gluten free, dairy free and fat free.

This my basic mug cake recipe. It’s one mashed banana, 1 egg and 3 tbs oatmeal. Mix it all together in a mug and place it in the microwave for 2 minutes. This one is decorated with blueberries, raw cacao nibs and shredded coconut.

You can add all kinds of things to your mug cake to pimp it!
