King's Day Fruit Yoghurt

This red, white and blue dessert is a great way to end your meal on Kingsday. It’s gluten free, sugar free and optionally vegan. And super easy to make, it only takes 3 ingredients and 1 minute of your time.

Put two tablespoons of blueberries at the bottom of the glass, cover with two tablespoons of quark, greek yogurt or plant based yogurt and end with a layer of raspberries.
