Game day prep on FLEEEK yo! These vegan, gluten free cookie dough🍪 footballs🏈 I made in my stories yesterday must absolutely be made for the superbowl! (the story is still up - I think an hour left if you quickly catch it!)....more game day eats on tap yo!...so keep your eyes peeled!👀 . . Ingredients: @eatpastry's vegan, GF cookie dough Chocolate of choice (I used the baking blocks from Traders Joes - just 1 ingredient!) 2 Tbsp coconut butter 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil . ✏️Form desired amount of @eatpastry into football shapes and place in freezer for 1 hour to firm. ✏️Melt chocolate of choice. ✏️Remove cookie dough footballs from freezer and IMMEDIATELY coat with chocolate. It should harden fast (if not, place back in freezer for a few minutes to allow chocolate to firm). ✏️Melt coconut butter and oil together to create a thick "frosting" and transfer it into a ziplock bag. Snip the tip of the bag and pipe out lines on footballs. Done!✅ *Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. . . . . .
