Oatmeal Cups

Oatmeal cups filled with self-made banana ice cream! You can fill these cups with whatever you like. Our foodie Nicole shows you how to make them!

Ingredients (serving size: 2)

50 grams oat flakes
2 tbs honey
2 tbs agave syrup
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of salt

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let the mixture set for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Oil a muffin baking mold and divide the mixture into 5 cups. Press the mixture with your fingers until the bottom and side parts of the cup are covered. Place the mold into the oven and bake the cups for 12-15 minutes. Then let the mold cool down completely before you take the cups out of the mold.

Ice Cream

1 banana
1 hand cacao nibs
2 tbs agave syrup

Peel the banana, cut it into slices and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours. Put the banana together with the cacao nibs, the mint and the syrup in a food processor and mix briefly. Then divide the ice cream into two bowls and serve directly. You can also fridge the ice cream and serve later.
