Mango Raspberry Smoothie

Our guest blogger Sanne from Beauty Blends loves smoothies! She's sharing three healthy, vegan smoothie recipes with us. She already showed how to make a chocolate smoothie bowl and a Spirulina Smoothie. Her last food video is this Mango Raspberry Smoothie.

Ingredients mango layer:
100 grams frozen mango
1 tbs flaxseed
2 tbs coconut water

Ingredients raspberry layer:
100 grams frozen raspberries
a dash of coconut water
handful blackberries

Mix all the ingredients for the mango layer in a blender, pour it in a big glass. Clean your blender and then make the raspberry layer. Pour this on top of the mango layer. Decorate with fresh fruit and enjoy your smoothie!
